about

"In a field of tension between romantic hope and dystopian despair. The perfectly realized projection of an inner fantasy world into the hermetic sound world of an album. Unique." - RRRSoundZ (GER)

"Completely unique sound. Demonstrates once again the enormous creativity of this artist. This second album is, again, a memorable one." - De Subjectivisten (NL)

"A chilling and atmospheric album with a great deal of musical innovation" - Bliss Aquamarine (UK)

"The album is totally unique. It’s not really possible to define the style of music, but it clearly brings different influences together with on top a rather theatrical way of singing. It sometimes makes me think of the male version of Nina Hagen singing. Music-wise the tracks are driven by slow cadences or broken rhythms, the work have something minimal featuring cold electronic treatments" - Side-Line Magazine (BEL)

"Shimmers with enchantment, wilted industrial sounds meet nervous electronica, while litanies of the lamento are full of poppy melodies. The chilled fever dream of a future without a future suits Feverdreamt damn well.- Lie In The Sound (GER)

"Sounds like a bridging of melancholic memories with the beauty and the terror of our times. It has cooled down, become more noir, and yet it’s a romantic album for an uncertain present." - The Big Takeover (USA)

"This is an enigmatic, claustrophobic experience, you definitely have to to go through" - Last Day Deaf (GRE)

"Portentous, gothic art-pop that features programmed drum beats going to war with claustrophobic synths and Donat’s quavering wail." - Norman Records (UK)

"Very cool and very crazy. It gives me an H.P. Lovecraft's "The Nameless City" vibe, and it's hard for me not to consider that something really, really awesome." - Phantoms vs Fire (BRA)

"Truly wonderful music" - Potter's Field Music (USA)

"Even in its darkest moments, it presents itself as a romantic tale" - Treshold Magazine (POR)

PRESS RELEASE:

English:

Even in its bleakest moment it's a romantic tale from another time, surviving all times.

Imagine leaving earth due to humanity’s enormous inability to properly live without destroying everything around them their greedy fingers touch. Earth gone to shit, everything in ashes – and after two centuries of living on a new planet including a complete civilizational re-boot, imagine the memory of Earth completely wiped away. – Then, another hundred years later, inexorable scientists rediscover the Blue Planet, land their cosy little space ship somewhere in a desert region where the Middle/Far East used to be, in a city with scattered debris, burned out ruins. The group finds an old large ballroom. Awkward light shines through stained glass, distant sounds seem to appear and die, the chattering of former guests – ghosts even?
Under a wooden plank, in the dust of ages, the scientists find an old flash drive, and they manage to insert it in their device. The video shows a couple waltzing to mysterious mid-tempo music, their performance is equally disturbing as it is gut-wrenching, an intimate moment of two lovers who get lost in the psychedelic trance of sandstorm memories. They stop and go like the minimal electronic beats, as if their minds suffered a process of constant re-programming by some oblique governmental authority in an ever-changing dystopic world where any hint of dissidence was seen as a potential threat. Mysterious oriental melodies, washed out synths, loops, melted remnants of guitars. The couple silently sings along to a lamenting voice that tells stories in a language nobody understands any more.

Deutsch:
